Pacific Coast Groundfish Annual Quota Pounds Application

    Provide the name of the person that will manage your project. This is the person the Committee will communicate with.

    Pacific Coast Groundfish Annual Quota Pounds Requested
    List the County, Municipalities, etc. in which you will harvest & deliver WCG Annual Quota Pounds

    A written plan that describes the goals and objectives of quota pound use, including how quota pounds will be administered to fishing operations. The Quota Pound Management Plan must include a description of the methods used to maximize target harvest, manage any constraining species risk, ensure protection of sensitive habitat, and a clear description of the benefits that will accrue to support the Morro Bay/Port San Luis commercial fishing industry.
    Max file size: 20MB
    At a minimum should consist of a bar chart showing major milestones in the project which should identify:  Points along a timeline that could be used to monitor the success of the project;  All deliverables as well as when and how the deliverables can be assessed
